Fuller and Geraldine R. Fuller, husband and wife, unto Chrystal L. Warnick, and recorded among the Land Records of Allegany County, Maryland in Deed Liber 1155, folio 196, together with any improvement thereon, hereinafter referred to as the property. The Complaint alleges, inter alia, that the Plaintiff is the holder of Certificate of Sale as to said property issued by Jason M. Bennett, Director of Finance for Allegany County, Maryland. An Order has been issued by this Court requiring any person having or claiming to have an interest in the aforesaid property to appear on or before the 13th day of March, 2016, and answer the Complaint or redeem the property or otherwise show cause, if any, that there may be as to why the relief prayed in the Complaint shall not be granted. Failure to answer or redeem the property within the time allowed may result in a judgment foreclosing the right of redemption.
